2	Obama takes immigration talks to the airwaves
	Immigration wasn't mentioned in Obama's address to Congress this month, but we're staying hopeful nonetheless. From recently aired radio interviews, it's clear that immigration reform is not far from his thoughts. 3	Congressman expands Family Unity Immigration talks to 16 cities
	U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez will expand his five week national tour for the campaign, Family Unity - now visiting 16 cities - to document the harm caused to our nation in the absence of CIR. Gutierrez will hold community meetings for thousands of U.S. citizens whose families have been or risk being torn apart by a broken immigration system. View dates and cities.

4	Hollywood shines spotlight on immigration
	Immigration will take center stage in several new films coming soon to a theater near you. You don't want to miss the star studded Crossing Over, or two independent documentaries, Papers, and The Little Trip of a Drea m, or El Viajecito de un Sueño, that have everyone talking.

5	Bringing the faces behind immigration out of the shadows
	When Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano issued a directive for agencies to start self regulating, MATT.org called on its members to submit personal stories on backlogging and other difficulties, for her review. The stories received are telling of an inefficient immigration system which is separating families and failing those wanting to enter the U.S. legally.
